The strength of BEA/WEA members is standing together to work for positive change.
That happens in our classrooms with our dedication to delivering creative, informative lessons. It happens locally as we help parents and neighbors understand how they can work together to make communities stronger. It happens at the bargaining table as we bring the classroom's voice to decisions that would otherwise be left to isolated administrators. And it happens in our capital as lawmakers set priorities and shape key education policies.
BEA/WEA is here to make sure your voice is heard in those conversations, through local bargaining, through collective action in Olympia, and through WEA-PAC, the political arm of WEA where your voluntary contributions are used to support pro-public education candidates and issues.
